Cadu Lemos, from São Paulo, had a diverse career, starting as a DJ and radio announcer in the 1980s, in the Brasília rock scene, returning to SP, where he lives an executive career punctuated in the 1990s by stints in large communication groups ( Ogilvy and Wunderman), financial market, where he was marketing director at Banco Nacional and director of customer services at Grupo VR.
Then, as a partner at Indicator Pesquisa de Mercado (now GfK), he runs the “mystery shopping” (hidden shopper) division, the embryo of his human development consultancy created in 1998. Coach certified in Enneagram by the International Enneagram Association and in Customer Relationship Management by ShaunSmith +Co in England.
Author of the book “A Corporação Tribal” and co-author of the books “Dominating Strategies of Business” and “Laboratório de Marketing”, he was an MBA professor at Fundação Dom Cabral, also working at ESPM and IBMEC.
A researcher of human development in organizational cultures, his focus today is on neurofeedback and Flow.

Rogério Estevão, from Rio de Janeiro, built his career in large companies such as Shell, Unibanco and Santander, with experience in mergers and organizational restructuring environments.
In these passages, developed, launched and marketed various financial products for the retail segments.
Among his characteristics as a manager, he formed and led high performance teams at the executive and managerial levels.
Over the past four years, he directed the organizational development area of Orizon, a company operating in the health segment, invested by Bradesco Seguros, Cielo and CASSI, where he was responsible for the adoption of LEAN and Agile methodologies as part of the company's digital transformation, its reorganization and consolidation of the new culture.
Graduated in Engineering from UFRJ and with extensions in management from Fundação Dom Cabral, Kellog School of Management and Wharton University.
